Recorded during a weekly PuG with members from various guilds on Sylvanas-EU, hosted on Saturdays, Horde side by Kakoz. This is our second kill using this strategy.

We decided to give this tactic a shot mostly for the hell of it, not saying that it's the best or most efficient way to do it, but it was definitely a lot of fun.
Worst pull in the history of raiding, but shit happens. Good thing our healers, at least, are competent.
Sorry for the low quality, best I could do with my laptop.
By kiting the boss with riplimb chasing him the whole time between one spear throw and the next, the boss never has his spear so he cannot cleave/dot the tank, and Riplimb never even attacks the tank (so he cannot apply the dot).
I got about 4-5 stacks at pull usually, before the first spear throw, and assuming I didn't mess up the kiting would go through the rest of the fight without going above 1 stack.
After the first throw below 20% we just stop and faceroll down the boss.
Riplimb is most likely to give the spear back to shannox the first time he gets in range of him, especially if he runs in at an angle, not from behind him, because you don't get a chance to move the boss out of spear-return range when the dog stops. To help with this we had a dk chain him every time he ran from the spear landing area to the boss (once every 40 seconds). Any slow would work, just time it for that particular moment.
