Due to a lack of L70 rogue movies and the community's interest in seeing some, I decided to take a break from the PvE grind and make a PvP movie.

However, I kept my PvE build: Combat 19/42. I have no Imp Sprint, Imp Kick, MoD, hell.. I don't even have run speed enchant. This made things a bit more challenging, as being slow in PvP really kind of sucks for a rogue.

This movie is called "The Beast" because there is little finesse or subtlety to a combat build. It is all about brute force. The music I chose for the movie is aggressive and perhaps offensive, just as the build is. ;)

I decided my goal would just be to get enough points to buy the PvP gloves for the deadly throw silence. All of the clips in this movie took place over the span of three days. I had taken a two month break from PvP, so I was a bit rusty. Some of the new keybinds (deadly throw, shiv) aren't quite natural to me yet in PvP.

Nonetheless, I'm pretty happy with the movie. I think I got very lucky in getting some 1v1s against "quality" opponents. There are a few GM level alliance here, and some other players I fight have some pretty decent gear as well.

I'll be headed back to PvE to try to pick up my second piece of assassination armor. I want the proc badly. Once I get that second piece, I'll come back and respec to a more PvP friendly combat build and see how it goes.

This movie is a bit bigger than my previous movies as far as filesize. I decided to jack up the quality a bit so that people would have no problem reading the combat window. It's all there if you like to pick over things. Mistakes, damage, what I did, what the opponent did. You can even clearly see my DPS with the HQ version. You'll miss all of this in the google version of course, but if all you are looking for is entertainment then google should do, hopefully. :)
