How to get achievement:That's Not Canon!

First of all you must dps Mannoroth down to around 90%, while keeping Captain Varo'then alive. Upon reaching 90% Mannoroth will sacrifice Varo'then. After Varo'then dies, you can simply continue with the encounter until you kill Mannoroth.
