This is a video of the stealth path I found the most consistent and easiest to repeat. I completed this path three times before abandoning the quest to make this video. The general rule is being patient, and finding the spots where you can stand safe with one enemy sapped so you can wait out the Distract cooldown for passing the groups. It's important to be aware of patrols as well.
