Hey guys!

I've decided to make a starting tutorial, for those wanting to learn the basics of Sony Vegas Pro. The reason for this is many tutorials seem to skip the simple stuff, and make it rather difficult to start out (as I remember) so I've taken matters into my own hands.

In this tutorial we'll follow:

Property and rendering settings;

Basic zooming and cropping;

Adding video effects and transitions;

Adding text and music.

Now this is the first of what I hope to be many tutorials, since it's my first time doing this kind of thing I do fumble my words here and there (I have an awful short-term memory) but I hope it's easy enough to follow. My accent is Australian, before anybody asks.

So once again; this is a beginner tutorial, so if you've used Vegas before and can do all of the above mentioned things well, then you probably won't learn anything from watching this. Although there are a large amount of videos being released on a daily basis with those black bars of doom on either side, so if you're one of those people, make sure to watch the end of the video.
