Who are you

The producer and narrator is Kyth, who also did the Sarth 3D, Malygos, Arcane Mage, and Warlock Leveling guides.

My guild is Fusion, and we are always challenging ourselves with speed clears:

* We cleared SSC in two hours before they killed Illidan
* We cleared Black Temple in under two hours (before the 3.0 nerfs)

And we treat all raids as a reason to be fast and efficient. We have no choice: During progression periods, we raid 5 days max and most of our peers raid six or seven -- so we have to be incredibly efficient to keep up with them.
